I was called into a "delicate" situation to secure a computer domain, Web, email and telecommunications after an employee had been terminated. The Web designer was also the person who provided email for the company I had been brought in for. Time was of the essence to security. I explained the situation to Desiree Scales and she helped secure the web account, change all email passwords and change some of the routing and added some new email accounts. To my surprise she did this while ON VACATION. She also contacted me later in the day to call to my attention a suspicious account setup because it could have caused problems.
