Customer Support and Change Request

We’re happy to announce a new helpdesk system for our clients. You told us you wanted an easier experience and we listened!

There are now two ways to send us your change requests:

Easy Email: Simply send an email with your request and attachments to support@bellawebdesign.com

Website: Go to http://bellaweb.zendesk.com to create a ticket and follow its progress through our queue. The nice thing about this helpdesk is there is now a forum with our most popular questions and answers. Take a look, especially at the email section. Feel free to add your own questions and ideas to the suggestion box. We’re all ears!

All website changes should go through our ticket system in order to be in the queue for service. This will enable us to track your request and ensure it is completed within 2 business days from the time the ticket was created.
